By self-registering for DBank Online service, you will automatically be enrolled for DBank Mobile banking service. In case, you are not registered for DBank Online, we recommend you to first register for DBank Online banking service by clicking on the below ‘Register’ button

How to register for Biometric login?

Biometric registration

You can register for biometric facility through DBank Mobile banking application. Please read below to know the devices that will support biometric facility and steps for its registration:

A. The following devices and software versions support biometric access for Doha Bank application:

Apple devices

  • Requires iOS 8 and above
  • iPhone 5S; iPad Air2; iPad Mini3 and above

Android devices

  • Requires Android OS 6 and above
  • Smartphones and Tablets with biometric reader

Q. How do I enroll for biometric access on Doha Bank application?

A. Follow the below steps to enroll for biometric access:

Apple devices

  • Click on your phone Settings and select Touch ID & Passcode
  • Click on Add a Fingerprint and follow the steps to register your fingerprint on the device
  • After registering your fingerprint, click on Doha Bank mobile application
  • Select Biometric Access icon
  • Input your login details
  • Enter One Time Password
  • Follow the step by step process for registering for this service
  • System will prompt you to create and confirm a 4 digit Bio-PIN
  • Agreeing to terms and conditions will complete the registration process

Android devices

  • Click on your phone Settings and select Security
  • Click on Nexus imprint (for Nexus phones) or Fingerprint (for other devices)
  • Click on Add fingerprint and follow the steps to register your fingerprint on the device
  • After registering your fingerprint, click on Doha Bank mobile application
  • Select Biometric Access icon
  • Input your login details
  • Enter One Time Password
  • Follow the step by step process for registering for biometric access
  • System will prompt you to create and confirm a 4 digit Bio-PIN
  • Agreeing to terms and conditions will complete the registration process

What Card services are available?

The following card services are available on the mobile app:

Credit Card

  • View Balances and Transactions
    • Immediate last 20 transactions
    • Monthly Statements of the past 5 months
  • Credit Card bill payment
  • CLICK card reload
  • Set E-statement

ATM / Debit Card

  • Temporarily Block ATM / Debit card: This service will temporarily block your ATM / Debit card. By doing so, the chosen ATM / Debit card will not be available for further usage until you unblock it by contacting the contact center.

Forgot Password?

DBank Mobile Banking password

In case you have forgotten your DBank Mobile banking password, you can self-generate a new password by clicking on “Forgot Password” available on your mobile app.

Biometric Bio-PIN

In case you have forgotten your Biometric 4 digit Bio-PIN, then please log into the application using your login credentials (Username, Customer No. and Password) and de-register for Biometric facility through ‘My Profile’. Once de-registered, please re-register yourself for the Biometric through My Profile again.

Forgot UserID?

In case you have forgotten your DBank Online User ID, please call +974-44456000 and the Call center agent would assist you with the requirement.
