To help you relax and unwind prior to your journey, airport lounge access is available on your Al Riyada Visa Infinite card, based on the terms mentioned below:

ACCESS WITH PRIORITY PASS CARD

Al Riyada Visa Infinite credit cardholders receive a complimentary PRIORITY PASS LOUNGE ACCESS CARD which offers instant access to over 850 Airport Lounges across the world, including the AL MAHA Lounge in HIA, Qatar
The benefit of entering the lounge free of charge, will be made available to the cardholder, spouse and children only.

ACCESS WITH AL RIYADA VISA INFINITE CARD

• Doha Bank Al Riyada Visa Cardholders can now enjoy the privilege of entering the Qatar Airways Oryx Lounge Facility located in the Departure Terminal of the Hamad International Airport on presentation of their Doha Bank Visa Infinite Credit Card.
• This facility will be made available to the cardholder, one guest and children (under 12 years) for a maximum duration of 6 hours, per trip, compliments of Doha Bank
• Kindly note that his offer is subject to availability at the time of cardholder entry

Terms & Conditions mentioned below will continue to apply

1. The Card will be swiped at the “Point of Sales” terminal (POS) and the pre-authorization transaction of QAR 1 shall be made on the Card for Approval.
2. Usage of the Oryx Lounge is subject to certain rules and regulations as may be published by the Oryx Lounge (QAS) from time to time. Cardholders shall be entitled to such access unless there is an emergency, circumstances beyond the control of QAS or a Force Majeure event.
3. QAS reserves the right to refuse entry to the Oryx Lounge to any Card Holder if the Oryx Lounge is full to its maximum capacity or if the Cardholder:
   • is not considered to be sober or orderly enough to be allowed to enter and/or is likely to disturb other users enjoyment, or peaceful usage of the Oryx Lounge or for any other circumstances justifying them so doing;
   • is not holding a valid Card issued by the Customer or the Card shown has expired;
   • is holding an incorrect Card;
   • refuses to show the Card;
   • is insisting to access the Lounge during the following peak hours,

     11:30PM to 01:30AM
     04:30AM to 06:30AM
     03:30PM to 05:30PM

4. QAS reserves the right to remove Card Holders who are not in compliance with the rules and regulations once admitted into the Oryx Lounge.
5. The Cardholder is liable to pay the applicable Lounge entry fee for access to the Oryx Lounge for himself/herself, guest or child after 6 hours.
6. The Cardholder is liable to pay the applicable Lounge entry fee for any guest exceeding one.
