Doha Bank, one of the largest commercial banks in Qatar, appreciated and recognized outstanding performances of their employees by recently celebrating the monthly Employee Recognition Awards.
Dr. R. Seetharaman, CEO of Doha Bank, personally felicitated and accolated the employees from various disciplines and functions during the ceremony held in the presence of the Bank’s Senior Management in Doha Bank Tower’s Auditorium in West Bay.
Awardees included Mr. Asad Akhtar, Mr. Ashraf Abougary and Mr. Randy Garcia as ‘Most Committed Employees’. Miss Catherine Pulayan and Miss Sweeni Somaratne as ‘Best Call-Center Agents’. Mr. Mohamed Mostafa, Mr. Ramez Bayoumi and Miss Dana Al Ghafri were acknowledged for their significant recovery efforts. Best Relationship Manager awards went to Mr. Don Denuwan and Mr. Febin Titus. While Mr. Adam Suleiman was acknowledged as Best Dealer, Mr. Riyasmon Chalil was the Best Personal Financial Executive.
For Team Awards, City Center Branch was awarded the Best Branch and Doha Festival City Branch bagged the award of Best Branch for Retail Liabilities. Special award was given to the Best Cross Functional Team consisting of 21 employees from Retail Banking, Operations, IT, Finance, Operational Risk, Legal, Internal Audit, Compliance and Administration.
