Doha Bank, one of the largest commercial banks in Qatar, recently hosted its Employee Recognition Award ceremony for the month of March 2018. The monthly event acknowledges the outstanding achievements of the Bank’s staff members from various departments, and disciplines who are identified based on their performance, and contribution towards the organization.
This month’s ceremony saw 14 awards being given to Doha Bank staff members, including Mr. Mohamed Hammad , who won the ‘Best Customer Service employee award, Mr. Riyas Thajudeen as ‘Most Committed Staff’ and Ms. Heena Afroz, as ‘Best Personal Finance Executive’. ‘Best Recovery Effort’ Award was awarded to Mr. Ramez Said and Mr. Mohammed Alhajri.
The team awards for ‘Best Department’ and ‘Best Branch’ went to Credit Risk Evaluation team and Doha Festival City Branch respectively, while, Main Branch bagged the ‘Best Branch – Retail Liabilities’ award.
The ‘Best Cross Functional Team’ award was given to the QETF project team comprising of Mr. Dharnendra Kothari, Mr. Hesham Kalla, Mr. Suhas Rogiye, Mr. Dheeraj Ahluwalia, Mr. Hany El Shafei and Mr. Jacob Dermelkonian.
