Three lucky entrants to receive iPhone X as part of Doha Bank’s campaign to raise awareness on Qatar National Sports Day
Doha Bank, one of the largest private commercial banks in Qatar, has announced the winners of its recent Sports Day Football Quiz campaign. Launched in February to coincide with Qatar National Sports Day, the social media campaign, which registered great interest with over 5,000 participants and over 6,000 shares, was designed to increase public awareness on this pioneering government initiative.
Participants of the Doha Bank contest were tested on their sporting knowledge with a set of ten questions relating to the history of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) World Cup. Entrants with the highest number of correct answers were placed into the final draw for a chance to win one of the grand prizes.
Dr. R.Seetharaman, Doha Bank Group CEO, said, “Qatar National Sports Day has been successfully increasing awareness on the valuable role sport can play in improving the health of the nation for six years now, and we are delighted to help spread the message behind this important initiative. The three lucky winners, Mr H. Haddara, Mr A. Ramesh, and Mr D. O. Amuneke, receive the latest model of iPhone X.
